What to Expect at a FlourishWell Retreat

Your Sample 7-Night Itinerary

At FlourishWell Retreats, each day is gently curated to help women with ADHD unwind, reconnect with their creativity, and feel fully supported  without pressure or overwhelm. Below is a general example of how your retreat experience may flow, giving you a feel for the structure, activities, and balance of rest and inspiration.

This is a sample itinerary to give you a general idea of what to expect. A full, personalised schedule including exact activities, excursions, and timings will be sent to those on the waitlist before spots officially open for booking.

Day One 

Arrival & Grounding

Reset & Release

  • 🧠 Group coaching session: Releasing shame & overwhelm

  • 💤 Free time (poolside rest, massage, )

  • 🔥 Fire ritual under the stars to release limiting beliefs

  • 🌙 Gentle evening meditation (optional)

  • Tier 2 1-1 Coaching spread out throughout the day

Day Three

 Joy & Play

  • 🌅 Mindful movement or breathwork

  • 🥐 Breakfast

  • 🌊 Tier 2: Excursion – Beach picnic + snorkelling or waterfall visit

  • 📸 Tier 1: Creative photo walk & villa-based art play

  • 🥗 Lunch (on site or out depending on activity)

  • 🎶 Optional sound bath or music meditation

  • 💃 Evening: Soft movement or free dance circle

  • Tier 2 1-1 Coaching spread out throughout the day

Day Four

Inner Compass

  • 🧘 Morning yoga & grounding practice

  • 📖 Workshop: “My ADHD Superpowers” journaling + creative share

  • 🌱 Group coaching: Boundaries, burnout & self-trust

  • 🍲 Lunch + creative chill zone

  • 🌺 Optional cacao ceremony or reflection time

  • 📚 Evening reflection or writing circle

  • Tier 2 1-1 Coaching spread out throughout the day

Day Five

Connection & Sisterhood

  • 🍳 Slow morning breakfast

  • 🌿 Tier 2: Excursion – Longtail boat to private beach or island hopping

  • 🖼️ Tier 1: Villa-based creative workshop & journaling walk

Day Six

Integration & Empowerment

  • 🎨 Creative Workshop: Values-based vision crafting (vision board, digital moodboard, or creative expression)

  • 🖌️ Journaling prompts: “How do I want to feel when I return home?”

  • 🌿 Free time or poolside rest

  • 🍴 Dinner & relaxed group chat — sharing your creative piece (optional)

  • 🎶 Evening unwind with music, star-gazing or candlelight reflection

  • Tier 2 1-1 Coaching spread out throughout the day

Day Seven

Celebration & Closing (Final Full Day)

  • 🌞 Gentle morning yoga or guided stretch

  • 🍓 Leisurely breakfast with music and laughter

  • 🌺 Free time to reflect, journal, lounge by the pool or revisit a creative station

  • 💌 Optional creative expression circle: write a letter to your future self or create a final art piece

  • 🧡 Closing Ceremony: Sisterhood gratitude circle, affirmations, candlelight ritual, & retreat gift exchange

  • 💆‍♀️ Tier 2: coaching session wrap-up

  • 📸 Group photos & time to sign one another’s Retreat Keepsake pages

  • 🌟 Final chef-prepared dinner under the stars — relaxed, joyful, and heartfelt

Day Eight

Departure Day
