  • How Many Participants Will There Be?
    Each retreat is limited to 7 participants each week to ensure personalised attention and a relaxing environment. This smaller group size allows for deeper connections and a more intimate experience during wellness sessions and creative workshops.
  • What If I Have Special Dietary Requirements?
    We can accommodate most dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. When you book, simply let us know your preferences, and our private chef will tailor the meals to meet your needs.
  • Where Will The Retreat Take Place?
    Our first retreat will be in a stunning luxury villa in Phuket, Thailand. The villa comes with private accommodations per person, a chef, and a serene environment for relaxation and creative exploration.
  • What’s The Difference Between Tier 1 And Tier 2 Packages?
    Tier 1 includes luxury villa accommodations, all meals, group wellness and creative workshops/sessions, transfers/private drivers. Tier 2 includes all the features of Tier 1, plus complimentary massages, a personalised wellness plan, daily one-on-one coaching sessions, two free self-help guides, and post-retreat support. The additional services can also be included as add-ons for Tier 1 Participants.
  • What Should I Pack?
    We recommend packing comfortable clothing for yoga and wellness sessions, swimwear for excursions, and light, breathable clothing for Thailand’s warm climate. You’ll also want to bring any personal items, such as sunscreen, a journal, and a camera (if you’re interested in photography workshops). A detailed packing list will be provided after booking.

  • What Is Flourishwell Retreats?
    Flourishwell Retreats is a premium wellness and creativity retreat explicitly designed for women with ADHD. In addition to our transformative retreats, we offer online one-on-one coaching in ADHD management and mindfulness. Our retreats combine mindfulness practices, creative workshops, and luxurious experiences to help participants reconnect with themselves, manage ADHD symptoms, and experience personal growth in a serene, supportive environment. Through our coaching services, we provide tailored strategies and tools, empowering women to thrive both during the retreat and in their everyday lives.
  • What’s Included In The Price?
    Your retreat package includes the following: Accommodation in a luxury villa for 7 days. A private chef prepares all meals. Group wellness activities such as yoga, meditation, and mindfulness sessions. Creative workshops led by professionals in writing, photography, and art. Excursions such as yacht rides, snorkelling, and kayaking. Airport transfers and local transportation. Tier 2 participants will receive complimentary massages, a personalised wellness plan, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, two free self-help guides, two excursions, and post-retreat support.
  • Will I Have Free Time During The Retreat?
    Yes! Our retreat schedule balances structured activities with personal downtime. You’ll have plenty of time to relax, explore, or unwind between wellness sessions and creative workshops.
  • Is It Just For Yoga?
    Nope! Our retreat will include many creative activities like music, art, writing, and photography workshops! All things are meant to help inspire, motivate, and aid women with ADHD.
  • Can I Make Payments In Installments?
    Yes! We offer flexible payment options through Klarna. You can secure your spot with a 20% deposit, and the remaining balance can be spread across monthly payments, making it easier to manage the cost of the retreat.
  • How Do I Book The Retreat?
    Booking is a simple two-step process: Join the waitlist on our website to express your interest in attending. Once you join the waitlist, once the waitlist has been filled to full capacity, you’ll be invited to an initial Zoom call, during which we’ll provide more details and answer any questions. After this call, the payment section will open, allowing you to secure your spot with a 20% deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in full or via Klarna using flexible monthly payments.
  • What Is The Cancellation Policy?
    We understand that plans can change, and while we strive to offer flexibility, we also honour our commitments to our retreat partners and team. Please read our cancellation terms carefully:: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Refund Policy Full Refund – If you cancel within 30 days of paying your deposit, and have already paid additional funds, you will receive a full refund of all payments excluding the deposit. Partial Refund – If you cancel more than 30 days after your deposit, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit. This reflects the non-refundable terms set by our villa and practitioner partners. No Refund – Cancellations made 60 days or less before the retreat start date are not eligible for any refund, due to fixed costs already incurred. We strongly Advise Travel Insurance- Please secure travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, illness, and unexpected changes. This protects your investment should circumstances arise that prevent you from attending. If you wish to move your booking to Week Two of the same retreat or to a future FlourishWell retreat, please contact us at 📩 admin@flourishwellretreats.com We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability and timing.
  • Do I Need To Have Experience In Yoga Or Creative Workshops To Attend?
    Not at all! Our wellness sessions and creative workshops are designed for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner. We aim to create a supportive, nurturing environment where you can explore new activities at your own pace.
  • How many spots are there? What Happens If I Don’t Get A Spot?
    There are 14 spots available, 7 for each week. Once the dates are released, you'll have the choice of two starting dates. Don't worry; we understand that there are only 14 spots available, and there will be more than 14 of you who are deposit-ready when bookings open. It is on a first-come, first-served basis, but those who miss out on securing their place the first time and wish to join the next retreat can secure a spot for the next retreat.
  • How Long Is The Retreat, And What’s The Schedule Like?
    The retreat lasts seven days. To offer flexibility, participants will be given the choice of two start dates, one week apart. For example, Start date one is January 1st, and Start date two is January 8th. (These are example dates, actual dates to be released soon.) Each day includes a mix of coaching, wellness practices (yoga, meditation), creative workshops (writing, photography, painting), and optional excursions. (Itinerary to be released soon.) There’s also plenty of personal time to relax and recharge, ensuring a balanced, enriching experience. A detailed itinerary will be provided after booking.
