Read Wellness Retreat Terms Carefully

1. Booking And Payment Policy

Deposit and Reservation

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure a retreat spot.

• The remaining balance can be paid in two ways:

  • Full payment by the specified date.

  • Klarna instalment payment plan.

• Full payment must be completed at least 60 days before the retreat starts.

• Flourishwell Retreats reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is insufficient.

• Late payments may result in forfeiture of the retreat spot.

2. Cancellation And Refund Policy 

Full Refund – If you cancel within 30 days of paying your deposit, and have already paid additional funds, you will receive a full refund of all payments excluding the deposit.

 

Partial Refund – If you cancel more than 30 days after your deposit, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit. This reflects the non-refundable terms set by our villa and practitioner partners.

 

No Refund – Cancellations made 60 days or less before the retreat start date are not eligible for any refund, due to fixed costs already incurred.

 

We strongly Advise Travel Insurance-

Please secure travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, illness, and unexpected changes. This protects your investment should circumstances arise that prevent you from attending.

3. Flourishwell Retreats Cancellation Provisions

Retreat Cancellation by Flourishwell Retreats

• If we cancel the retreat, a full refund of all payments will be issued.

• External travel expenses will not be compensated.

• Flourishwell Retreats reserves the right to modify the itinerary or accommodations with prior notification.

4. Travel Insurance Requirements

Comprehensive Coverage

Participants must obtain travel insurance that covers the following:

• Flight cancellations.

• Medical emergencies.

• Personal property loss.

• Inability to attend due to personal circumstances.

• Liability Limitation

• Flourishwell Retreats is not responsible for travel disruptions.

• No refunds will be issued for transportation or health-related issues.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Health and Conduct

Participants must:

• Confirm physical fitness for all retreat activities.

• Disclose any relevant health conditions.

• Maintain respectful behaviour throughout the retreat.

• Flourishwell Retreats reserves the right to remove any disruptive participants.
   

6. Privacy Protection

Data Handling

• Personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for booking and retreat services.

• No third-party sharing of information without participant consent.

7. Media And Photography

Promotional Content

• The retreat may involve photography and video recording for promotional purposes.

• Participants may request exclusion from media content.

8. Force Majeure Clause

Uncontrollable Events

Flourishwell Retreats holds no liability for cancellations due to:

• Natural disasters.

• Acts of war.

• Terrorism.

• Other unforeseeable circumstances.

• Travel insurance is recommended for coverage in such cases.
   

9. Liability Waiver

Participant Risk Acknowledgment

• Participants attend the retreat at their own risk.

• Flourishwell Retreats is not liable for:

  • Injuries.

  • Illnesses.

  • Personal losses.

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
   

10. Legal Jurisdiction

Governing Regulations

• These terms are governed by United Kingdom law.

• Any disputes will be resolved under UK legal jurisdiction.
